  I managed to get a booking at the Appellation Restaurant without too much of an advanced date. The four courses were well prepared and the pairing was a perfect showcase of wines found across the Barossa. The Roussane that was paired with my rock lobster was excellent. Come here with time on your hands to graze and appreciate the wealth of knowledge their sommelier have.

  Went to Appellation as a surprise for my partners birthday. It was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had and it's in our own back yard. The staff were wonderful, the food divine and the scenery is stunning, especially at sunset.

  We had a great time at Appellation when we visited Barossa Valley. A wide range of local & international wines were available on the list and the atmosphere was nice and intimate. All dishes were beautifully prepared and tasted lovely, too :) Will definitely go back when we have a chance to visit the region.
